What Is Your Ayurvedic Constitution?

🌿 According to Ayurveda, each of us has a unique constitution, often referred to as our dosha, that influences not only our physical characteristics, but also our mental and emotional tendencies.

The three primary constitutions are:

 Vata – associated with air and space
 Pitta – associated with fire and water
 Kapha – associated with earth and water

🧠 Most people are not just one dosha. Instead, they have a combination of two, making their constitution unique.

This personalized perspective reminds us that there is no universal diet, exercise plan, or wellness routine that works for everyone.
